When is 开放登记?
开放登记 typically occurs in 五月-- exact dates are 宣布 each year and emailed to employees.
What can I do during 开放登记?
During 开放登记 you may:
- 招收 in health benefits
- 改变计划
- add or remove family members*
- 放弃报道
- 招收 in a flexible spending account (金融服务管理局)
*Adding dependents to your health coverage requires supporting documentation for proof of eligibility. If you do not have the documents ready, do NOT miss the deadline! Add them now and submit documents later to benefits@d3africa.net.
How can I 招收 or submit changes?
You can submit your election requests online using Cardinal Employee Self 服务 (ESS).
What if I don't submit any changes?
提醒一下，你 必须re-招收 each year to continue participating in Flexible Spending Account年代(金融服务管理局). No action is required if you: have no health plan-related changes, are not 招收ing in an 金融服务管理局, or do not plan to participate in 额外的奖励.

- Login and complete or update your health assessment within the designated dates.
